Description: Rank : Executive Assistant II Office : Information Technology Department, Kowloon Central Cluster Pay : HK$17,888 - HK$21,743 per month Key Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls and perform daily operations in IT Call Centre. Carry out IT support and administration tasks as required by supervisor for implementing the IT solutions in the areas of responsibility. Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system maintenance. Input and maintain IT assets inventory. Prepare and maintain system documentations and reports of IT solutions. To provide daily administrative and clerical support . To coordinate and organize meetings, programmes and activities. To prepare reports and draft meeting notes. To carry out general clerical duties that includes filing, data entry, statistics and record keeping. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements: University Graduates; OR Has obtained a Diploma in a specialized function, and has completed F.5/ S.5 with: (a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: (i) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent.; Preferred Attributes / Exposure: Proven graphic designing experience. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator and Photoshop) Possess good knowledge in health care related and clerical experience in hospital information system, health care research and statistics. Proficiency in common computer software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing). Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills. Be responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently. Remarks : For Serving HA Staff Serving staff who have completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ relevant experience within HA may also be considered. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for up to 3 year(s) depending on his/her existing employment terms. The offer of salary for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants Candidate appointed on contract terms will be offered a contract for up to 3 year(s). 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA.
