Description: Rank: Executive Assistant I Office: Blood Collection and Donor Recruitment Department, Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service Pay: HK$21,895 - HK$25,906 per month Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement recruitment, retention and publicity programmes for blood donors and bone marrow donors, including liaison with mobile blood donation event hosts, site inspection, public educational projects and publicity campaigns, etc. 2. To administrate the execution of digital media & marketing campaigns. 3. To plan and execute community liaison for arrangement of blood donation vehicle services to the community, including liaison with various government departments and private sectors etc. for permits application and coordination works. 4. To be responsible for the procurement of the marketing promotion services and souvenirs etc. 5. To compile reports and to analyze data for management review. 6. To coordinate volunteers and communities support for blood collection and promotional activities. 7. To provide support for cross team projects and other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirement: 1. University Graduates with experience; OR 2. F.5 / S.5 with (a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language(Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: i. Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND ii. Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in other Language subjects AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience. Preferred Attributes / Exposure: 1. Two years or above experience in communications, marketing or customer services etc. 2. Experience / qualifications in digital marketing or social media, social, government or education sectors are preferred. 3. Good command of written English and Chinese and fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua. 4. Hands-on skills in graphic design and video editing such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator are desirable. 5. Able to multi-task and perform efficiently to meet deadlines. 6. Proactive, creative and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. 7. Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills. Remarks: For Serving HA Staff 1.The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 1 - 3 years depending on his/her existing employment terms. The offer of salary for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants 2. Appointment will be on contract terms for 1 - 3 years. 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. 3. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply.
