Description: Rank: Executive Assistant I Office: Central Nursing Divison, Quee n Elizabeth Hospital Pay: HK$21,895 - HK$25,906 per month Key Responsibilities: 1. To design and produce multimedia training contents and perform media edits. 2. To handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with clinical departments and education institutions. 3. To provide secretarial support to meetings, programs, and ad hoc activities. 4. To provide administrative and clerical support to trainings. 5. To compile data and prepare reports. 6. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements : 1. University Graduates with experience; OR 2. F.5 / S.5 with (a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: (i) Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in other Language subjects. AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience. Preferred Attributes / Exposure: 1. Good knowledge in PC applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and word processing. 2. Good knowledge and solid experience in graphic design / website building / video editing and related experiences on application of common software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) 3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Responsible, self-motivated, observational and able to multi-task and perform assigned duties / tasks independently. Remarks: For Serving HA Staff 1. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 1 to 3 years depending on his/her existing employment terms. The offer of salary for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants 2. Appointment will be on contract terms for 1 to 3 years. 5% of total basic salary may be offered as end-of-contract gratuity upon completion of the contract with satisfactory performance. 3. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rejoin Mechanism of HA. For All Applicants 4.
