Entry Requirements:

(a) be students currently enrolled in full-time Bachelor of Laws degree programme (LLB) offered by local/overseas post-secondary institutions;

(b) have completed the second year of study or above including Land Law courses;
© have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
(d) possess good research skills; and
(e) have good knowledge of word processing and general PC applications.



Duties:

(a) assist the Legal Services Division of the Land Registry in providing legal advice on registrability of instruments under the Land Registration Ordinance (Cap.128) and daily operation of the Land Registry; and

(b) conduct legal research.


Terms of Appointment:

Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service terms for one month between June and August 2021. They are normally required to work 44 hours per week.

(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
