Description: Rank: Executive Officer II Office: Capital Planning Department, Strategy & Planning Division, HA Head Office Pay HK$34,260 to HK$60,421 per month (including Monthly Allowance) [HGPS point 15 to 27] (See remarks 3) Job The appointee will be responsible for the following main duties: Provide central support to Capital Planning Department for the application of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology in capital works projects of the Hospital Authority. Assist in implementing, maintaining and updating BIM standards and execution plan. Assist in coordination of meetings, workshops and in-house training for the application of BIM and other digital solutions. Assist in supervising administrative supporting staff for general operational and technical duties including BIM implementation. Any other related duties as assigned by the supervisors. Requirements A university degree or equivalent. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Preferred Attributes/Exposure Relevant working experience in handling capital works projects related administrative duties. Proficient use of BIM Revit to handle basic 3D models, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and word processing (both English and Chinese). Good observation, planning and organizational skills as well as ability to work independently. A high degree of self-motivation and good interpersonal skills especially in co-ordination/liaison with professional stakeholders. Remarks 1. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA. For Serving HA Staff 2. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 3 years depending on his/her existing employment terms. Serving contract employee will be offered contract employment with an up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. Serving permanent employee will be offered a fixed term appointment with a reversion clause according to the prevailing policies. 3. The offer of salary and allowance (Cash Allowance, Fixed-flexi Allowance or Monthly Allowance) for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be made in accordance with prevailing policies. For External Applicants 4. Appointment will be on contract terms for a period of 3 years.
