Description: Office : Physiotherapy Department , New Territories East Cluster Pay: HK$ 21 ,895 - HK$25,906 per month Responsibilities : 1. Perform day-to-day administrative and executive support for the operation and project implementation of Physiotherapy Department. 2. Provide clerical and logistic support in organizing programmes, training courses and other educational activities. 3. Assist in collecting, analyzing and compiling data for management reports. 4. Provide secretariat support for various management meetings. 5. Handle correspondence and documents including filing and record keeping. 6. Assist in conducting survey, evaluation, research. 7. Handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with multidisciplinary professionals of project/ clients/ public. 8. To assist in procurement of equipment such as product sourcing, price research, purchase requisition, etc. 9. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Requirements : 1. (a) Degree holder or above with working experience; OR (b) Completed F.5 / S.5 with (i) 5 subjects passed in the HKCEE, including Eng Lang (Syll B) and Chin Lang; or (ii) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below : - Level 2 in Eng Lang & Chin Lang; and - Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent And obtained diploma in a specialized function and relevant working experience. Preferred Attributes : 1. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. 2. Proficiency in common office automation (e.g. E-mail, Internet/ Intranet etc.) and computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing. 3. Proficiency in using statistical and data management software e.g. SPSS. 4. Knowledge of design/ photography software (e.g. AI, Photoshop), Video-editing software and tele-conferencing would be an advantage. 5. Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. 6. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
