Entry Requirements:

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent [See Note (i)];

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)]; Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
(d) At least 3 years’ post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] working experience in teaching in kindergartens, primary schools or secondary schools and experience related to project management in the education field and/or public sector [See Note (iii)]; and
(e) Competent in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software, multimedia production and Chinese input method, etc.

Duties:

(a) To assist in developing diversified Educational Multimedia (EMM) resources;

(b) To assist in project planning and management;
(c) To assist in sourcing, evaluating and compiling EMM resources;
(d) To assist in liaising with Education Bureau sections and vendors for the production of EMM resources; and
(e) To undertake any other duties as assigned.

Terms of Appointment:

Successful candidates will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for 2 years.
