(a) A bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
© Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
(d) Good computer knowledge including MS Excel, Chinese and English word-processing skills; and
(e) Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
(f) Preference may be given to candidates who have experience in public relations, liaison or administrative work, in particular relevant experience in planning and conducting public elections.
(a) To assist in the preparation and conduct of public elections (such as handling of election-related complaints, election nominations and other election-related duties), voter registration and voter turnout campaigns;
(b) To provide administrative support;

(d) To perform other duties as required.
Terms of Appointment:
(a) Candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for around 6 months to 24 months;
(b) Further renewal to be subject to satisfactory performance and operational needs;
© Candidates appointed may be required to work overtime and work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
