Job Title: Contract Project Coordinator (Village Representative Elections)

Entry Requirements:

(a) A Hong Kong degree or equivalent;

(b) Minimum 5 years of post-qualification working experience in event organization and public relations. Preference will be given to applicants with relevant experience in planning and conducting public elections;
© Good command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken); and
(d) Good computer knowledge including proficiency of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.


(a) To assist in coordinating the implementation of Village Representative Elections;

(b) To assist in liaison with organizations in the New Territories and government departments;
© To provide logistic support for the preparation and arrangements of printed and election-related materials for the polling and counting stations; and
(d) To handle enquiries and complaints.

Terms of Appointment:

(a) Candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms.

(b) A contract from the date of appointment to 31 March 2023 (tentative) will be offered to successful candidates. Further renewal to be subject to satisfactory performance and operational needs.
© Required to work outdoor and irregular hours.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
