Description: Office: Administrative Services Division, New Territories West Cluster Pay: HK$21,895 – HK$25,906 per month Job: 1. To provide administrative support for the daily operation of the department. 2. To coordinate and organize meetings and activities. 3. 4. To assist in arranging contracts for goods and services related to the subject. To handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with different stakeholders. 5. To support supervisors in handling public affairs and publicity. 6. To compile statistics & returns and search for useful information. 7. To assist in the supervision of clerical staff of the department if necessary. 8. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements: 1. University graduates with experience ; OR 2. Completed F.5/ S.5 AND Diploma in a specialized function with relevant experience AND with (a) or (b) below: (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; (b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below: Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and ​​​​​​ Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent. Preferable Attributes/ Exposure: 1. With relevant experience in the job areas outlined or the field of healthcare will be a definite advantage. 2 Able to manage statistical information. 3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 4. Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. 5. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently. 6. High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and word processing (both English and Chinese). Remarks: For Serving HA Staff 1. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 3 year(s) depending on his/her existing employment terms. 2. The offer of salary to serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants 3. Selected candidate will be offered contract terms for up to 3 year(s). 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon satisfactory completion of contract. 4. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA. For All Applicants 5.
