Description: Executive Assistant IIIA, Kowloon West Cluster Position : Executive Assistant IIIA Department : Various Departments Office : (Caritas Medical Centre / Kwai Chung Hospital / North Lantau Hospital / Princess Margaret Hospital / Yan Chai Hospital) Pay : HK$14,031 - HK$17,733 per month (Please note the Remarks 1-4) Key Responsibilities : 1. Perform general clerical duties relating to the following aspects: - Data input - General and store administration - Telephone enquiry and exchange service - Patient registration and records - Statistics and research - Counter work, handle patient and public enquiries 2. To assist in Office Management. 3. To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors. Entry Requirements : 1. F.5/ S.5 with (a) HKCEE 5 passes incl. Eng (Syl. B) & Chin; or (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: (i) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects; OR 2. F.5/ S.5 with experience. Preferable Attributes / Exposure : 1. Fluency in spoken Cantonese. Ability to speak Mandarin and English is an advantage. 2. Good understanding of written English and may be required to perform translation from English to Cantonese and vice versa. 3. Familiar with Hospital IT systems and environment would be advantageous. 4. Be able to perform English & Chinese typing and common office automation (e.g. e-mail, internet / intranet etc.), PC applications (e.g. MS Words, Excel). 5. Be patient orientated. 6. Good telephone / conversation manner and possess a positive customer service attitude. 7. Experience in receptionist. 8. Knowledge of IT and other languages. 9. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, pleasant and mature personality.
