Description: Pay HK$34,260 – HK$ 60,421 (HGPS Point 15 - 27) per month (including Monthly Allowance) (See remarks 2) Responsibilities 1. He/she will assist Cluster General Manager (Human Resources) and Senior Human Resources Manager in providing day-to-day managerial and administrative support in various Humans Resources functions: - Manpower Planning & Recruitment - Benefits & Compensation - Performance Management - Training & Development - Staff Relations & Communication 2. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements 1. A u niversity d egree or equivalent . Preferred Attributes 1. Post-qualification relevant HR experience preferred. 2 . Possession of Human Resources / Management / Public Health Management related qualification. 3 . Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. 4 . Proficiency in computer application software and data management 5 . Detail-minded, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking. 6 . Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently. Remarks: For Serving HA Staff 1. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed-term appointment for 3 years depending on his/her existing employment terms. (a) Serving contract employee will be offered contract employment with an up to 15% total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity subject to satisfactory completion of contract. (b) Serving permanent employee will be offered a fixed term appointment after which the appointment may be renewed for another period or the employee may be reverted back to his/her former substantive rank. 2. The offer of salary and allowance (Cash allowance, Fixed-flexi allowance or Monthly allowance) for serving employees upon changed in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants 3. Selected candidate will be offered contract term appointment for 3 years. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon satisfactory completion of contract. 4. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA. For All Applicants 5 .
