Description: Office: Health Resources Centre, Tseung Kwan O Hospital Pay: HK$17,888 to HK$21,743 per month Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide executive, administrative and general clerical support for the daily operation of Health Resources Centre. 2. Assist in volunteer service coordination and patient support service. 3. File and retrieve documents, compile statistics and returns. 4. Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting. 5. Handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with staff, clients and public. 6. Liaise with external organizations and community partners. 7. Perform any other duties related to the post as assigned by the supervisors. Entry Requirements: 1 .Completed F.5/ S.5 with: (a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: (i) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent. and obtained a diploma in a specialized function; OR 2. Completed F.5/ S.5 and obtained a diploma in a specialized function with experience. Preferred Attributes: 1. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 2. Good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills. 3. Knowledge and skills in office automation (e.g. E-mail, Internet / Intranet etc) and computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and Photoshop. 4. Working experience in public health or social service field. 5. Relevant experience and knowledge in audio-visual production and artwork design is an advantage. 6. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
