Description: Office: Princess Margaret Hospital Pay : HK$21,895 - HK$25,906 per month (Please note the remarks 2-5) Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform executive and clerical duties to support daily operation of the General Administration Department including filing, data entry, record keeping, procurement, supplies ordering, repair & maintenance. 2. Assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing hospital events, departmental meetings, programs and activities. 3. Assist in planning, commissioning and launching of revamped or new system and projects including coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project performance, reporting status on regular basis, compiling data and performing analysis when applicable, and other related tasks. 4. Assist secretarial work such as preparing papers and presentation materials for meetings, taking minutes and other related tasks. 5. Handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with departments, staff, external bodies and public for daily operation. 6. Assist in web-page maintenance. 7. Assist in preparation of reports and analysis of data. 8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirement: 1. University Graduates with working experience; OR 2. F.5/ S.5 with: (a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE incl. Eng (Syl. B) & Chin; or (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: (i) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant working experience. Preferable Attributes/ Exposure: 1. 1-2 years working experience in hospital and project management. 2. Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint, Excel & Access). 3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. 4. Good interpersonal and organizational skills; with attentiveness to details. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
