Entry Requirements:

Candidates (a) should have

(i) bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(ii) attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent [Note]; and
(iii) a minimum of five years’ full-time post-qualification work experience in administrative and/or personnel matter(s).
(b) Working experience in executive support in the Government / public sector organisations, including at least one year at supervisory level will be an advantage.

Duties:

To be responsible for various office executive work, including human resource management, general administration support, secretarial support to boards and committees, departmental payments, complaints, general enquiries and staff supervision, etc.

Terms of Appointment:

Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service terms from six to 12 months. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service need of the Department and the performance of the candidate.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
