Description: Office: Patient Resources Centre, Tin Shui Wai Hospital Pay: HK$1 7 , 888 – HK$ 21 , 743 per month Job: 1. To file and retrieve documents, compile statistics & returns and search for useful information. 2. To liaise, coordinate and organize for meetings, programmes and activities. 3. To assist in the supervision of supporting staff of the department if necessary. 4. To handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with staff, clients and public. 5. To coordinate minor feedback and complaints with relevant departments. 6. To carry out general administrative duties and clerical support that includes filing, data entry and simple statistics and record keeping for the daily operation of the department. 7. To perform reception services, help in counter and registration work, and provide information and assistance to patients and public. 8. To perform buyer duties in procurement office and to provide logistics support in store operation. 9. 10. To provide junior executive support in patient education and patient empowerment program. To perform other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements: 1. University graduates; OR 2. Completed F.5 / S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with working experience. Preferable Attributes/ Exposure: 1 . Proficiency in computer software (e.g. MS office, including publisher, data management/ processing and graphic software). 2 . Working experience in social service field. 3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Remarks: For Serving HA Staff 1. Serving staff who have completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ clerical experience within HA may also be considered. 2. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 1-3 year(s) depending on his/her existing employment terms. 3. The offer of salary to serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants 4. Selected candidate will be offered contract terms for 1-3 year(s). 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon satisfactory completion of contract. 5. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA. For All Applicants 6. May be required to perform 24-hour shift duty and to perform duties during typhoons, rainstorms and other emergencies. 7. Selected candidate may be required to wear uniform whilst on duties. 8. Job rotation would be arranged for the selected candidate if required. 9. Selected candidate will be posted in Tin Shui Wai Hospital and may be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA. 10.
