(a) have a bachelor degree from a local university, or equivalent;
(b) have attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent;
© have a minimum of five years’ full-time post-qualification working experience;
(d) have strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
(e) be mature, self-motivated and capable of multitasking; and
(f) be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
(a) To assist in providing executive support to sections under the Bureau, including serving as the contact point of the office, handling public enquiries and maintaining enquiries registries pertaining to the sections;
(b) To assist in the launch and maintenance of information release through the dedicated channels, which including but not limited to preparation of text and layout of the websites as well as timely updates of information and reference materials to the websites;
© To provide logistic support for meetings, visits and public engagement activities/programmes of the sections under the Bureau;
(d) To perform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operation of the sections under the Bureau, including the setup and maintenance of filing system and record management for the sections as well as handling office accommodation related duties, etc.; and
(e) To perform any other duties as required by the Bureau.
Terms of Appointment:
Successful candidate(s) will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for an initial period of one year.
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
