Description: Office Information Technology and Health Informatics Division, HA Head Office Post A – Project management support Post B – Multimedia design Pay HK$34,260 to HK$ 60,421 per month (including Monthly Allowance) [HGPS point 15 to 27] (See Remarks 2) Job Post A – Project management support Provide executive and secretarial support, including meeting preparation, coordination, paper and presentation material preparation etc., to committees and working groups for various IT projects including but not limited to Clinical Systems, Smart Hospital, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and HA Go initiatives. Assist in project management and coordination with IT&HI project teams on project & budget planning, implementation, progress monitoring, governance reporting, and issue / risk management. Monitor budget for related IT projects and provide support in procurement matters. Liaise and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders on project implementation, such as organizing events and webinars, training programs and engagement activities for staff and patients, etc. Coordinate and support the promulgation of IT projects, such as production of publicity materials, publications and information sharing / communication platforms, etc. Render executive support in collecting user requirement and conducting User Acceptance Test to facilitate the planning, development and evaluation of the communication platforms (e.g. web portal, chatbot, etc.). Handle enquiries and complaints from the public / media / government / internal parties in relation to the respective IT projects. Compile statistical and analytical reports for management review. Provide support to service transformation and office administration related activities. Post B – Multimedia design Liaise and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to support the promulgation of various IT projects including but not limited to Smart Hospital and AI initiatives. Responsible for copywriting and developing creative ideas and publicity materials such as visual imagery, content posts, posters and newsletters to dovetail with the Smart Hospital and AI Strategies and to promote the image of IT. Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of best UI/UX for web portal for information dissemination, e.g. Smart Hospital Portal. Collaborate with internal project teams and/or external parties for video production. Provide support to service transformation and office administration related activities. Requirement A University degree or equivalent. Preferred Attributes Post A – Project management support At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in health care or public organization. Experience in any one of the following areas: Project management; Budget and manpower planning; Provision of executive and secretarial support to committees; Procurement related matters; Event coordination/management; Enquiry services and complaint management. Proficiency in computing / PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook). Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Post B – Multimedia design At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in health care organization. Experience in graphic design / production of publicity materials. Proficiency in computing / PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook) and Adobe Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Creative, self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work independently under tight deadlines and multi-tasking. For Both Posts Responsible, self-motivated and innovative with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. General knowledge in mobile applications, big data and AI and their application to healthcare service.
