Entry Requirements:

(1) A holder of a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or equivalent; or a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (previously known as Hong Kong Society of Accountants) Qualification Programme, or equivalent;

(2) Have a minimum of two years’ post-qualification full-time working experience in accounting;
(3) Attained Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Possess excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Word; and
(5) Possess strong analytical and communication skills, and the qualities of an organised, task-oriented and committed team player.


To provide professional support for the preparation of month-end closing financial statements, year-end audit schedules and costing statements, and to perform user acceptance tests for the upgrade of accounting and financial system in support of the Financial Services Division of Hongkong Post.

Terms of Appointment:

(1) 2-year contract;

(2) Monthly salary $24,535;
(3) Discretionary performance pay up to about 1 month’s salary in every six months;
(4) 14 days’ annual leave; and
(5) Gratuity payable plus Hongkong Post’s MPF contributions equivalent to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
