Description: Office: Cluster Administrative Services Division, New Territories West Cluster (NTWC) Pay: HK$21,895 – HK$25,906 per month Job : 1. To assist in daily administrative support to managers and supervisors. 2. To assist in planning, monitoring and commissioning projects including cash flow, works progress and equipment installation. 3. To assist in co-ordinating with end-users on meetings, programmes and F&E submissions. 4. To assist in preparation of meeting papers and presentation materials; report compilation, documentation and records keeping. 5. To draft minutes, reports, guidelines and proposals. 6. To provide administrative and clerical support that includes filing, data entry and record keeping to support the project implementation and activities. 7. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements : 1. University graduates with experience; OR 2. F.5 / S.5 AND Diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience AND with (a) or (b) below: (a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Langua ge; or equivalent; (b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below: Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjec ts; or equivalent. Preferable Attributes/ Exposure: 1. Experience in project management or project administration. 2. Experience in analyzing and maintaining a high volume of data. 3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. 4. Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. 5. Be responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently. 6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). 7. Commitment and flexible working hours (over time during project deadlines). Remarks : For Serving HA Staff 1. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 1-3 year(s) depending on his/her existing employment terms. 2. The offer of salary to serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants 3. 4. Selected candidate will be offered contract terms for 1-3 year(s). 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon satisfactory completion of contract. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply.
