    Responsibilities: 1. To assist in carrying out
    administrative and clerical duties related to acquisition of furniture and
    equipment (F&E) under supervision. 2. Prepare vetted specifications to
    initiate and monitor the procurement process. 3. To assist in Capital Work Reserve Fund
    (CWRF) application. 4. Provide executive and secretarial
    support to Planning Team related to commissioning for new KWH. 5. Perform day-to-day administrative and
    clerical support for the operation of Planning Team. 6. Coordinate meetings with end users,
    contractors, project consultants and external parties. 5. Collect, verify and compile record/ data for
    management reports. 6. Prepare and draft documents. 7. Filing and tracking of documents of Planning
    Team. 8. Perform any other duty as assigned by
    department. Entry
    Requirement: 1.
    University Graduates with experience; OR 2.
    F.5 / S.5 with (a) HKCEE
    5 passes including English Language and Chinese Language; OR (b) 5
    subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: i. Level 2 in English Language & Chinese
    Language; AND ii. Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects /
    “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects
    under this category) / Grade E in other Language subjects AND diploma
    in a specialized function AND relevant experience. Preferred
    Attributes / Exposure: 1. Good PC skill in MS office, Chinese
    word processing, PowerPoint, Excel & Access. 2. Good command of both spoken and written
    English and Chinese. 3. Able to work independently and under
    pressure, self-motivated and well-organized 4. Strong analytical skills and technical
    proficiency. Remarks: For
    Serving HA Staff 1. The selected candidate will be offered
    either contract or fixed term appointment for up to 1 year depending on his/her
    existing employment terms. The offer of salary for serving employees upon
    changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration
    package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For
    External Applicants 2. Candidate appointed on contract terms
    will be offered a contract for up to 1 year. 5% of total basic salary as
    end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with
    satisfactory performance. 3. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to
    continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If
    selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance
    with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA. For All
