Entry Requirements:

Candidates should (a) have a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent; (b) have Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note); © preferably have at least 1 year post-qualification working experience in administration / management or human resources management; and (d) have good knowledge in common computer applications including MS Word and Excel.

Note: For non-civil service contract appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.


To provide support in various executive functions including human resource management, general administration support, financial resource management, project / system planning and development, and secretarial support to meetings.

Terms of Appointment:

The successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms.
