Description: Office: General Out-Patient Clinic, Kowloon East Cluster Pay: HK$14,031 to HK$17,733 per month Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform clerical and customer services duties at the counter of the department relating to the following aspects: (i) Undertake receptionist, public enquiries, patient registration, dispatch of quota discs and appointment booking duties (ii) Handle data and information access request (iii) Revenue and fees collection (iv) Compilation of statistics, data collection, data input and analysis, and patient records filing 2. Filing and handling of investigation reports and patients’ medical records according to Department policy. 3. Perform administrative and clerical support for the daily operation of the clinic. 4. Assist to input clinic duty and roster as assigned by clinic in-charge. 5. Assist for supplies ordering, repair & maintenance and related stores keeping and inventory checking. 6. Assist in co-ordination of meetings / training programs; prepare PowerPoint files and draft meeting minutes. 7. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements: 1. Completed F.5/ S.5 with: (a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: (i) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent OR 2. Completed F.5/S.5 or above, and has clerical experience Preferred Attributes: 1. Be able to perform typing and computer operation in MS Office, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing. 2. Has good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. 3. Good at interacting with people and customer services skills. 4. Attentive, conscientious, helpful and self-motivated. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
