Description: Office: Cluster Human Resources Division, New Territories West Cluster (NTWC) Pay: HK$17,888 – HK$ 21,743 per month Job : 1. Provide administrative and clerical support in ALL HR related subjects for more than 10 ,000 staff members in NTWC. 2. Handle correspondences/enquiries/ feedbacks/ complaints/ confidential documents and support communications between management and front line staff. 3. Assist in handling employee payroll/ staff benefit related payments and allowances. 4. Assist in coordination and provide one-stop service to users for HR related projects and events . 5. Coordinate and organise events for staff wellness and relations. 6. Process, verify and compile forms and data effectively and accurately. 7. Compile statistics and conduct simple analysis. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements : 1. Completed F.5/ S.5 AND diploma in specialized function with (a) or (b) below: (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; (b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below: Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent . OR 2. Completed F.5/ S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with working experience. Preferable Attributes/ Exposure: 1. With working experience in relevant field, e.g. Human Resources, People Management, etc. 2. Degree / Diploma holder in relevant discipline, e.g. Human Resources, Management / Organizational Behavior, etc. 3. Proficiency in common computer software (e.g. MS office, including Chinese Word processing). 4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. 5. Willing to communicate with people and work as a team player. 6. Problem solving oriented. 7. Strong commitment to work (working over-time / working during non-office hours with appropriate compensations may be required). Remarks : For Serving HA Staff 1. Serving staff who have completed F.5/ S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ clerical experience within HA may also be considered. 2. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 1-3 year(s) depending on his/her existing employment terms. 3. The offer of salary to serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants 4. Selected candidate will be offered contract terms for 1-3 year(s). 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon satisfactory completion of contract. 5. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA. For All Applicants 6 . Required to perform shift duty on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. 9 .
