Description: Rank: Executive Officer II Office: Strategy, Service Planning & Knowledge Management Department, Strategy & Planning Division, HA Head Office Pay HK$34,260 to HK$60,421 per month (including Monthly Allowance) [HGPS point 15 to 27] (See remarks 3) Job Provide executive support to the HA corporate annual planning exercise, including preparation of papers and presentation materials, organization of meetings, briefing and forums. Assist in the service planning for priority clinical areas, and provide executive support to various committees and work groups along the planning process. Coordinate inputs from stakeholders, compile reports and support the analysis of service statistics. Manage the development and maintain the operation of the Annual Planning System. Manage the logistics for the procurement, design, production and distribution of publications. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisors. Requirements A university degree or equivalent. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Preferred Attributes/Exposure Relevant post-qualification experience in administration, preferably in healthcare setting. Well-organised, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasking. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. Remarks 1. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA. For Serving HA Staff 2. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 3 years depending on his/her existing employment terms. Serving contract employee will be offered contract employment with an up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. Serving permanent employee will be offered a fixed term appointment with a reversion clause according to the prevailing policies. 3. The offer of salary and allowance (Cash Allowance, Fixed-flexi Allowance or Monthly Allowance) for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be made in accordance with prevailing policies. For External Applicants 4. Appointment will be on contract terms for a period of 3 years. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. 5.
