Job Description

Responsibilities

Purchase maintenance materials and keep inventory records
Attend IO meeting to explain maintenance items when necessary and answer emergency calls
Supervise and monitor the performance of on-site technical staff and technicians
Act as a coordinator for all on-site works with contractors
Prepare tender documents and familiar with tendering procedures on engineering works
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property maintenance
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A / B) preferable and Safety Card
Knowledge in renovation works preferred.
