Provide administrative support to the Project Team
Undertake general QS clerical duties including data entry, typing, photocopying, and record-keeping
Handling incoming telephone calls
Routine office work is required
Higher Diploma or above
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing applications
At least 3 years working experience, preferably in clerical or co-ordination
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must
Good telephone manner & communication skills
Fast and accurate typing skill
Experience in the construction industry is preferable
Immediate available is highly preferable
