The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong.
The HKMA currently embarks on a multi-year Digitalisation Programme that cuts across multiple functions, including banking and anti-money laundering supervision, financial stability surveillance, research and investment, with the aim of using technologies and data science to help us identify emerging risks and trends in a more forward-looking manner.
There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position to work under the Digitalisation Programme:
Systems Analyst (Information Technology)
Assist in implementing advanced technological solutions for digital transformation of the HKMA
Perform application software setup, administration, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting on company cloud systems
Collect, analyse and provide cloud requirement to infrastructure team in facilitating application implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and provide occasional support
Assist in project management such as budget and resources control, vendor monitoring, and providing regular progress update
University degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields
At least two years of hands-on experience in application development and implementation
Hands-on experience in public / private cloud infrastructure
Experience in applications such as Customer Relationship Management, Document Management System, Robotic Process Automation a plus
Certifications in Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Conditions of service
Successful candidate will be appointed on fixed contract terms.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered. There is flexibility to take account of additional experience and qualifications.
