An 18-month programme offering the opportunity to acquire high-profile exposure across our hotels in Hong Kong and Chinese mainland, and to gain insights into management perspective. Our Operations Management Trainees will develop a well-rounded understanding of the hotel business, knowledge and skills, through involvement in every aspect of hotel management, focusing on key operational areas like Guest Experience and Restaurant & Bar.
- have relevant educational background (preferably in Hotel and/ or Tourism Management) or less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience in the industry
- are fun-loving, creative and passionate in making a difference
- are team players with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and are highly flexible
- are open-minded and ready to take on challenges at our hotel locations in Hong Kong and Chinese mainland
