Job Description


Handle purchase orders, sales orders, incoming goods, custom permits, insurance, good received, claims, billing and other related duties.
Work closely with logistics partners on delivery arrangements.
Build an effective end-to-end process that can support and enable the execution of the team’s work.
Collaborate and coordinate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all programs are on track.
Responsible for various computer applications, report generation, and tracking spreadsheets.
Perform routine administrative and clerical duties.
Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
Other duties as assigned


Experience needs to be 2-3 years
language skills are Mandarin and English
Prefer worked in company with consumer products background
