Job Description

Role responsibilities:

To lead a team of storekeepers to manage daily warehouse operation, including inbound, outbound, inventory management and system transaction.
To ensure all relevant SOP and WI properly followed and updated, if necessary.
To ensure the daily tasks finished on time by proper manpower and resource planning.
To handle the daily email communication and maintain good working relationship with customer.
To prepare regular reports for management review
To participate warehouse improvement project.
Other ad hoc projects as assigned by management.


F.5 or above
At least 3 years’ solid experience in warehouse operation.
Able to handle simple email communication in both English and Chinese.
Solid experience in third party logistics large operation is highly preferred.
Self-motivated and a good team player.
Good people management skill.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Good service improvement mindset.
Immediately available is highly preferable.
