Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle import shipping documents
Apply for import license & permit
Coordinate closely with internal departments and warehouses to arrange goods receipt within tight time schedule
Provide administrative support to the Shipping Team and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

Form 5 or above;
Responsible, mature, well-organized and detail-minded;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
At least 1 year relevant experience in shipping;
Candidate with more experience in shipping will be considered as Senior Shipping Clerk;
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
