Job Description

This position is accountable and responsible for managing and underwriting of property portfolio to achieve revenue, profit and growth objectives of GC&C Property businesses. Wherever possible and necessary, strive for improvement in productivity efficient and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and adherence of Property underwriting strategy and underwriting policies in alignment with global and regional GC&C guidelines to the Asia markets.
Managing relationship with market stakeholders for Property business (customers, brokers, associations…)
Adherence to underwriting governance through organization and processes
Managing the underwriting performance of related Property portfolio
Adoption and utilization of required underwriting and pricing capabilities and tools

Key Requirements:

Preferably holder of professional qualification in Insurance or University graduate
5 years of relevant experience in general insurance
Good presentation and communication skills
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Work independently and a team player
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
