Job Description

Promoting and selling high end brands of pastry ingredient items to F&B professionals in HK.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new accounts and meet sales target
Build up long-term customer relationship with food service customers and Chefs in F&B field
Execute new product launches and report on success rates
Responsible for developing plans and executing presentations
Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information
Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary with the team
Produce daily report to Management

Job Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience on Sales and Marketing, related to hotel and F&B industry
High school certificate / Diploma holder
Fluent in Cantonese and English is a MUST
Pastry and Bakery products knowledge is an advantage
Out-of-office work required for meeting with customers on daily basis
Aggressive, Creative and Sales- oriented, Out going
Fresh Graduate with F&B relevant discipline may consider
