Job Description

Savills has a network of over 600 offices and associates throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. We require a high calibre individual to join us for the following position:-



To coordinate training activities, prepare training materials and deliver training
To assist developing training strategies, plans and related training system to enhance the effectiveness of learning and development
To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities
To assist in Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation
To conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports
To participate in ad hoc projects
To assist in providing support services to buildings


Diploma or above in any discipline, preferably in HRM/Training/Quality Management or equivalent
3 years working experience preferably in Property Management and Site Operations
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good knowledge in customer experience, grooming and business etiquette
Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Hardworking, responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Quality and Training
