Work closely with marketing manager to plan and formulate marketing strategies to align with business and branding objectives
Assist in the development and planning of marketing campaign, from idea generation to execution; also in preparing the promotional materials including but not limited to collateral, leaflets, posters and exhibition panels, from drafting of contents, layout to production stage
Provide on-site support during events/ campaigns in order to facilitate the smooth implementation
Manage the pre and post-event logistics according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Maintain good relationship with tenants and agencies to understand their promotional and casual leading needs and handle related enquiries
Demonstrate strong project management skills, manage and execute a wide range of events in a professional and effective manner.
Liaise and co-ordinate with other parties including internal and external teams so as to achieve the campaign KPIs and ensure event success
Monitor and manage campaign budget and expenses
Support the development and implementation of ad hoc projects
Handle administrative work
2-4 years’ experience in Marketing Communication / Promotions and Events management
University graduate in Marketing/Business related discipline
Good team player, energetic and passionate
Self-motivated, creative thinking, detailed minded, efficient and initiative to deliver the best quality of work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure
Ability to deliver exceptional results under tight timelines, and prioritize in an ever-changing environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin
Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
