Job Description

What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

To assist and monitor daily Club House operation and handle customers’ enquiries
To plan and monitor in organizing recreational programs and activities
To assist in ad hoc projects when required
Administrative works required

Who You’ll Work With

You will work with Club Supervisor/Club Assistant for providing excellent customer service to all guests and help manager to supervise all subordinates for working smooth and efficiently

  Experienced you'll need

Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality/Hotel/ Recreation & Sports Management or related disciplines
Min. 5 years relevant experience in residential clubs / hotels or customer service field
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Office
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
