Your Job

Branding strategy & Management

Be responsible for driving innovation to position Blue as the industry leader
Identify the brand insights and drive the righteous strategy for the brand
Formulate the branding campaigns and be creative in steering through the line branding gambits in line with product launches to drive business growth
Grow the brand awareness, engagement, and recognition of Blue
Design and implement the brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visuals and contents of the brand
Be the gatekeeper of all communications and ensure the brand’s tone of voice is delivered rightly
Analyse the competitive landscape and monitor the brand performance and effectiveness of brand campaigns with a data-driven approach

Digital & Social Media Strategy

Develop and implement a customer-centric and data-driven digital and social media strategy to drive digital acquisition, customers engagement, channels optimization across all platforms
Manage social media platforms and all digital touchpoints (APP & Website) to achieve brand objectives
Work closely with the Distribution & Product (D&P) team to develop and implement performance marketing strategy and frameworks to optimize
Manage the development and enhancement of APP & Website with D&P team

Collaboration & Partnership

Manage advertising agencies in ideation and formulation of branding campaigns and activities
Work with internal stakeholders across various departments in strategies and campaigns implementation
Identify and drive collaboration with external partners on a brand collaboration relationship

Corporate Social Responsibility

Develop and implement CSR campaign to position the brand leadership in the industry with innovation and forward-thinking activations

To succeed in this role

Self-driven, collaborative, creative and with good project management skills
Skills in brand research and brand architecture
Skills in digital strategy, digital identity and performance marketing (SEO/SEM/Facebook marketing/ Google Ads, Google Analytics/ Web content management)
Graduates in Marketing or other related disciplines
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in marketing, experience in digital products/ services preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
