Job Description


In charge of daily client on-boarding and periodic file reviews of CDD matters
Conduct research from public information system to collect and verify due diligence information
Manage and mentor a team to provide guidance and assistance on complicated cases and daily operations of the Client Onboarding Team
Review due diligence information supplied by client, conduct client risk assessments
Communicate closely with business on CDD requirements and attend to client enquiries
Identify and escalate CDD issues to Business and Group Compliance where necessary
Maintain and update the Group’s Customer Due Diligence Information System
Advice on the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures and monitoring programs on AML related activities, compliance manual and core control documents that meet regulatory requirements
Implement and maintain Group’s Compliance Policies & Procedures
Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned


Bachelor Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in financial services or corporate services firms
High degree of professional integrity
Excellent communication skills coupled with meticulous attention to fine detail
Proactive, highly self-motivated, diligent, willingness to accept additional responsibilities and challenge.
Good command of Office software and other related computer skills
Professional fluency in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese and Mandarin proficiency
