Job Duties

Manage and support all operation of Human Resources & admin functions
Formulate and implement Human Resources & admin policies, practice and procedures to meet organizational growth
Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefit, commission scheme, bonus scheme and performance management
Manage admin functions for company’s retails, warehouse & office affairs
Provide strategic advice to the top management

Requirement

Degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
5 years or above managerial experience in HR & Administration, which at least 3 years working experience in retail industry or chain stores is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Excellent planning and analytical skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in PC operations included Chinese word processing
