We are currently seeking the following position to complement the team as well as the business:

Senior HR Officer / Assistant HR Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Work with line department to ensure that the organization’s strategies for acquiring talent and retaining employees align with overall business goals for transformation and growth
Responsible for all-rounded C&B functions, including payroll, taxation, leave management, final payment, MPF contributions, employee’s compensation etc.
Involve in annual C&B exercises, medical plan and insurance renewals, benchmark benefit and salary surveys to keep abreast of market practices
Provide HR support such as recruitment to the operation in all aspects of employee lifecycle
Assist in any ad-hoc projects and events when assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of work experience in human resources management with hands-on experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits (including payroll, MPF and tax return) in large scale / multinational companies
Practical experience in handling work visa of expatriate who will come to Hong Kong to work
Fresh university graduate who is a fast learner and has outstanding academic results including English and Chinese subjects will also be considered
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office especially powerpoint
Preferably with working experience in MNCs and APAC region
Strong reporting and presentation skills
A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated
