Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, autonomous, highly organized and experienced Senior Brand Engagement Manager to join the DECIEM team at our Hong Kong office located in the Central district. This is a Full Time permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must have exceptional English skills both written and verbal as they will work very closely will our global teams on a variety of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build the Brand strategy for APAC, ensuring alignment with DECIEM’s overarching global Brand strategy and messaging while ensuring relevance for local audiences
Work alongside DECIEM’s Head of Consumer Engagement to build out relevant local social channels, calendars, and supporting teams
Support the Commercial team in building out bespoke to market strategies for entry into new markets, and recruit brand talent/agencies where required
Build and implement strong launch plans for new products, brands, stores, and partner launches
Work collaboratively with the global and local Communications teams to ensure visibility for Brand initiatives and key messaging
Maintain the personality & voice of DECIEM in all translations, ensuring consistency across all communications
Work alongside the Creative team to build engaging content for DECIEM, ensuring that brand voice and values are reflected through all content and assets
Ensure that local consumer feedback is communicated to key stakeholders, prioritised, and utilised across the business
Identify and shifts in consumer mindset
Represent the voice of the DECIEM APAC audience in decision-making situations
Work with multiple departments across the APAC team to ensure that brand values are prioritised in all areas of the DECIEM ecosystem
Protect and deliver brand values across multiple consumer touchpoints
Oversee all in store activity and merchandising plans to protect brand identity
Propose new brand experiences, initiatives, and collaborations
Maintain and improve overall brand health through constant evaluation
Work with external agencies and distributors where relevant to provide approved assets and protect Brand image


Experience in delivering/managing Consumer Engagement Strategy
Strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer sentiment with extensive branding knowledge as related to other industries such as fashion, lifestyle, etc
History of copywriting and copyediting in both English and traditional Chinese is essential
Solid organization and time management skills, detail oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced team environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral and ability to work with all levels of staff and management
Strong leadership skills to coach and mentor employees as well as counsel managers at all levels
3 + years of people management and/or leadership experience is required
Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Brand Management, Marketing or similar is essential
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint and etc.
