It is operating in several different fields by analyzing existing business problems and by elaborating plans for improvement through their expertise in the consequent fields. In this challenging environment, each mission will be different according to the context, and the approach will be diverse according to the history of the client, which is very fulfilling for individuals working in a management consulting firm.
As a Senior Account Manager, you would be practicing sales pipeline management through managing the client and internal support in an efficient and effective manner. To ensure that sales and revenue targets are fulfilled, you are expected to perform upselling and cross-selling within your clients’ organisations. Moreover, establishing new accounts and achieving business development objectives are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, it is also of paramount importance that you report to your supervisor regularly on sales opportunity development and also seek for support from your team members in order to secure business deals when necessary. Nonetheless, you should be taking your initiatives to provide plans and execute them on annual and quarterly opportunities priorities.
10 years of consultative B2B sales experience, from IT/ Telecommunication industry is a plus
Experienced in preparing tailor-made solution/ proposals for customers
Familiar with the work culture in international corporations
Competent to work in a cross-time-zone routine with international partners
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills
