Job Description:

  • Managing company social media (respond to messages and provide customer support for orders and enquiries; creating contents)

  • Inventory maintenance (check inventory on daily basis and co-ordinate with cafe staff for restocking;

  • Dealing with suppliers for restocking while keeping an eye on potential new suppliers for new product or more cost-efficient products

  • Overlooking/supervising daily operation,
    provide customer service support including dealing with enquires and complaints in a client-oriented professional manner, which requires fluent English and Cantonese as a must, fluent in mandarin is a plus

  • Prepare and organise monthly invoices and transactions and co-ordinate with company secretary

  • Able to handle occasional emergencies related to daily operations

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative supports such as arranging Director’s business and personal and issues;

  • Responsible for handling tenancy agreements, rent reviews, license applications, renovation works, daily maintenance, leasing negotiation and preparation of related documents

  • Arranging and handling shipping, deliveries and other logistics;

  • Basic understanding of book Keeping

  • Responsible for sourcing of material for project use, eg. Taobao etc. Requirement

  • HKDSE or above, within Business Administration or related disciplines is an advantage

  • Minimum 2 years’ of solid experience in secretary

  • Responsible, well-organized and detail-oriented

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing; and Proficiency in Photoshop/illustration is a plus

  • Knowledge and experience in accounting

  • Great communication skills and strong interpersonal skills (in professional context)

  • Self-driven; ability to work under pressure - Candidate with solid working experience is highly preferable
