Job Description

The Sales Program is a 1-year program. We welcome candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and strong passion in developing their career in Sales/Account Management. The program will equip you with excellent sales & presentation techniques as well as technical knowledge about HR management and digitization process in real world.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team in achieving business and sales targets
Identify and develop business opportunities from prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with nominated accounts and build up long term partnership
Develop Sales proposal, and RFP/RFI/RFQ documentation
System demonstration opportunity and engagement in diverse clients and prospects
Assist team heads in formulating sales & marketing strategies


Degree holder or above in any disciplines
Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales role, particularly in HR / IT industry
Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, able to work under pressure and solve problems with an analytical mind
Self-motivated and adaptable to change
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese (Fluent) and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are welcomed
