Job Description
Responsibilities:
Explore new business opportunities and follow up with potential customers on sampling, product specifications, pricing, etc
Communicate with existing customers for order status, amendments, and handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
Coordinate with internal parties for material masters, artwork approval, production and shipment scheduling, to ensure timely delivery of goods
Maintain customer records and compile regular reports
Take up ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related discipline
At least 5 years relevant experience in FMCG/manufacturing industries, with exposure in export trading
Customer-oriented, well-organized and able to work under pressure
Team-player, proactive, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of English and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Export Sales Manager
