Job Description

Your new role:

Working closely with the management team, design the Company sales strategy, process and team structure;
Design compensation schemes for maximal results;
Develop a high quality sales talent sourcing system and hire the right people;
Build our training and development framework;
Continuously (daily) monitor sales rep performance and identify areas for improvement;
Monitor the deal pipeline daily to maximize sales opportunities;
On an on-going basis, coach and develop sales team members;
Continuously feedback on product / market fit;
Working hand in hand with the marketing team, develop and optimize repeatable winning sales processes;
Coordinate with Operations and Client Service team to ensure client satisfaction as part of their initial purchase and on-going retention;
Coordinate with Software Development team to continuously develop the sales software stack;
Tackle sales bottlenecks head on.
What you’ll need to succeed:

8 years experience in sales field (inbound), 2 years at management level;
Completely results oriented;
Proven track record of delivering continuous and excellent team results;
A keen interest in sales (Frameworks, skills, process, etc.);
Successful coaching and team building experience;
Self-motivated, independent and able to perform under very high pressure;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proficient in Excel, CRMs, Google & Microsoft suite;
Strong market knowledge of the storage industry is a plus;
Working experience in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment a big plus.
