Handle incoming enquiries follow up
Answering enquiries from client via email or phone
Provide general administration clerical support
Perform ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor


Diploma or University degree holder preferably in accounting or related disciplines
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Good PC knowledge of MS Office and Chinese typing
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Immediately available is preferred
