Follow up sales orders and delivery arrangement with customers
Responsible for preparing a quotation, purchase orders, and invoice
Responsible for full coordination of customers inquiries and orders, Monitor and update stock inventory
Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
Assistant to arrange daily operation
Support general administration

Requirements:

Minimum 1 - 2 year of relevant working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, work independently, high sense of initiative, hardworking and responsibility
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
