Job Description


To define, develop and drive brand strategy, including brand positioning, marketing strategy, messaging / hierarchy, and communication plan for all product lines.
To conduct market research, segmentation analysis, and customer interviews to determine the product positioning and the competitive landscape.
To create, develop and lead marketing activities in the region that will enhance and sustain brand values and market share.
Ensure the alignment of business strategies and brand strategies.
To create core marketing content and use appropriate sales tools to reach the target markets, with consistent and relevant messages.
Closely monitor and evaluate all marketing activities to ensure the efficient and optimum use of marketing resources.
Define, develop and use key marketing metrics, through visits, surveys and data analysis, etc., to monitor business success.

Degree in Marketing, Communications or any relevant disciplines.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Marketing / Brand Management, ideally in IT / consumer electronics / FMCG industries.
Strong strategic thinking based on market understanding, customer insight identification, and data analysis.
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, multi‐tasking, and detailed oriented.
Excellent organizational, verbal, written communications, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Experience in managing agency partners.
Experience in both creative agency and in-house marketing is advantageous.
